請問貨物寄出了嗎英文、是否已經寄出英文、詢問出貨進度英文在PTT/mobile01評價與討論，在ptt社群跟網路上大家這樣說

1.We have arranged shipping today.

2.We have arranged shippment today.

3.We have arranged delivery today.

請問 我們已於今日安排出貨 翻譯，哪個選項比較適當，
或是各位大大有更好的翻譯?

另外就是google找不到有把today直接放句尾的用法，
所以是不是不需加today，
have + PP就已經有代表今日的意思?
